What this tool does

Most shops that give udhaar (goods now, payment later) know the moment: a good customer has not paid for a while, and you need to say something without sounding rude or losing them. This tool writes the message for you in English, in Urdu script, or in Roman Urdu, at three levels of firmness. It fills in the customer's name, the amount, how long it has been outstanding and your shop's name, and keeps the wording respectful throughout.

Udhaar is interest-free: the amount owed is simply what was sold minus what was paid, and it never grows because a payment is late. The messages reflect that. They never mention interest, late fees or penalties, never add anything to the amount, and never threaten. A calm, respectful reminder is also the one most likely to keep the customer coming back.

How to use it

  1. Pick the tone and the language.
  2. Type the customer's name, your shop's name and the amount. Add the number of days and a way to pay if you want them in the message.
  3. Read the message on the right. You can change any word in the box.
  4. Press Copy message to paste it anywhere, or Open in WhatsApp. If you entered the customer's number, WhatsApp opens their chat with the message ready; if not, it asks you to choose a contact. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

Choosing the tone

Example

With the gentle tone in English, a customer called Imran, Rs 4,500 outstanding for 30 days and a shop called Bismillah Store, the message reads:

Assalam-o-Alaikum Imran, I hope you are well. This is a friendly reminder from Bismillah Store that Rs 4,500 is pending on your account for the last 30 days. Whenever it is convenient, please clear it. Thank you for shopping with us!

Tips for getting paid without losing the customer

Questions

Does this website send the message or see the customer's number?

No. The message is written in your browser. The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link that opens WhatsApp with the text filled in; you decide whether to send it.

Will the Urdu text show correctly on the customer's phone?

Yes. WhatsApp shows Urdu script on any modern phone. If a customer reads Urdu better in English letters, choose Roman Urdu instead.

Why does it say "days outstanding" and not a due date?

Most udhaar is given without a fixed due date, so the number of days since the purchase is what both sides remember. Leave the field empty and the message simply mentions the amount.

What if the customer disputes the amount?

Check your record together, line by line. This is where a written khata, with dates and amounts, pays for itself.
