1. Install and name your shop
Open the app, type your shop name and currency. That is the entire setup.
2. Add your products
Enter them by hand or scan barcodes. You can start with just your best sellers and grow from there.
3. Share your shop link
Turn on your online product page in Settings and share the link or QR code with customers.
Before you install
Is it really free?
Yes. SmartPOS is free and supported by ads. There is an optional ad-free subscription, and some cloud features can be unlocked with credits you earn by watching a short video. Prices are shown in the app because they vary by region.
Will it work in my shop with bad internet?
Selling, stock, customers, expenses and reports run entirely on the phone. You only need a connection for your online product page, syncing another device, staff accounts and Google Drive backup.
Can I move to a new phone later?
Yes. Back up to your own Google Drive from Settings, then restore onto the new phone.
Which languages does it support?
English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Indonesian, including right-to-left layouts. You can also print invoices in a different language from the one you use in the app.
